Click the link and read the description… Made in Australia

      • Nestle closed their manufacturing plant in Australia earlier this year that produced condensed/evaporated milk. I noticed the Spanish-made variant on shelves a few months back, but everything recently has been Aus made again (final batches perhaps?)

Bought it during the last deal, didn't like the taste.

Any recommended brands? Nestle seems the only brand producing condensed milk widely available in the markets.

Aldi one is made in Netherlands and Woolies homebrand made in Lithuania (company called Marijampolės). Maybe try them.

    • You say that like it’s the first time you’ve ever had it. You’ve never had it before? This is the most popular condensed milk brand and has been for years.

      • Not first time but not regular either. I’ve had some other brands during my overseas trip and it tasted better.

Submerse the closed tin in water in your slow cooker and put on high for 6 hours. Makes beautiful caramel.

EDIT - low for 8 hours if your slow cooker is quite powerful on high.

    • Never tried slow cooker, just do 3 hours on low flame in a pot.

Woolies home brand is cheaper and is fine.
