Spin Bike Recommendations

Looking for a recommendation for a spin bike between $500-$750

Used bikes on Facebook marketplace or gumtree could be a source too.

Best spin bike you can get is a rowing machine instead. Far superior work out. If you can wait a month or two there'll be an influx of all this sort of thing on Gumtree, Facebook etc from people starting new years resolutions and giving up a few weeks later so you should be able to get something virtually new for cheap.

  Does it work the same muscles in the same way? I can see a rower gives your legs squat-like exercises, instead of a cycling exercise? But I agree the rower will do the upper body too.

    It's not far off IMO plus it works upper body, shoulders and core. If you're training purely for cycling then it may not be the best but then for that you wouldn't be training on a spin bike either.
