Hi all. A couple of very popular offers for all our members, with tomorrow's deal basically a free pizza to the value of $10. Please read the terms below carefully as it will save a lot of questions. As always, thank you for your support. Have a wonderful festive season, stay safe, and enjoy :)


Book Depository Terms (Cashrewards link to Book Depository here)

  • During the 6 hour promotional period, 50% cashback for Book Depository is capped at $10 in total per member account, irrespective of the number of transactions made. Valid 12:00pm AEDT to 6:00pm AEDT 27/12/2020.
  • Cashback is ineligible when using codes not listed on Cashrewards.
  • You must return and click through from Cashrewards every time you make a new transaction/purchase.

Pizza Hut Terms (Cashrewards link to Pizza Hut here)

  • Pizza Hut 100% cashback promotion starts 11:00am AEDT 28/12/20 and ends 11:00pm AEDT 28/12/20.
  • Cashback is capped at $10 per member account and limited to one (1) transaction per member. Subsequent transactions may track and will be declined.
  • Order must be completed online via Cashrewards and paid by credit or debit card at online checkout (not in-store). No cash payments.
  • Cashback is eligible on pickup or delivery orders. There is no minimum spend requirement.
  • Cashback is eligible on the use of all Pizza Hut promo codes.
  • Cashback is ineligible on purchases made via the Pizza Hut app.
  • Cashback is ineligible if used in conjunction with Zip Pay or other 3rd party promotional offers.
  • Cancellations or changes to any order will result in cashback being declined.
  • Fraudulent activity will result in rewards being forfeited and accounts closed.

Ensure you disable 3rd party plugins and don't click away to other sites looking for codes etc after clicking from Cashrewards as tracking will be lost (feel free to try our mobile app).   • Mine never tracked. I haven’t even gone through prior cash back claims because their hassle you with specific evidence.

    • The only evidence I've ever had to provide is a copy of my order confirmation and a few questions such as whether I've used the CR app

    Too bad Pizza Hut don't let you substitute ingredients that are the same price, instead they just add to the price.

    Pre ordered pickup for tomorrow and again it didn’t track.

    Guess had to lodge a claim again after 7 days.

    Not sure why Pizza Hut always has track issue for me.

    • I also ordered for tomorrow and it hasn't tracked yet. Hmm…..I think this is the first time I've tried using cashrewards for Pizza Hut….haven't had Pizza Hut in years…

  • Pre ordered pickup for tomorrow and no tracking in 3 hrs. Why it is inconsistent? Some people getting tracking email immediately and some not even after few hours.

    • My partner ordered pizza hut through cashrewards once per week and it only tracked once per month…
      We did it tonight and no tracked again :(

  • Mine hasn’t tracked either but there will be no problem at all as all that has to be done is lodge a claim with CR. They honoured my claim with no fuss the last time my Pizza Hut transaction didn’t track.

    Both mine and my wife's transactions last night did not track as well. All conditions/rules were followed (not our first rodeo) whereas my brother's order tracked instantly. The inconsistency is off-putting. We were hoping to see the tracking email overnight but have not received anything.

      Same with me. My and wife's purchases around 9pm haven't tracked still.

        You have nothing to worry about (see here). Please lodge a claim via your click history after 7 days ensuring you upload your Pizza Hut invoice and the team will take care of it for you. Many thousands of orders tracked successfully to members across the promo - if you missed out, all I can do (on behalf of CR & PH) is apologise for the inconvenience of having to lodge a claim manually.         • Thanks TA. We have full faith in CR not to leave us out of pocket. It just gets you doubting yourself even when you know you did it all right.
          It would be great if there can be improvement in the technology to make it bit more certain in future.

        • @TA I submitted enquiry for missing cashback on 17/12 Pizzahut offer and got below response.
          I guess the Claim process is not that easy when you have to wait 30-90 days after couple of back and forth emails.
          I have now submitted claim for missing tracking for 28/12 (100% off up to $10) offer as well and have to probably wait until 90 days for that too. How am I going to remember this?

This is because the store needs to carry out a number of internal checks on your cashback eligibility, which may include reviewing cooling-off periods, item exchanges or transaction changes, and ultimately ensuring that their analytics attribute the sale to Cashrewards."

          • @amsaini15: As I stated previously, you have nothing to worry about. You would have had to wait that time anyway for approval had the purchase tracked normally. May I ask why there were a couple of emails back and forth? Did you supply the original invoice in your initial claim? Thanks.

              The first response from Denies to my submission was on 02/01 clarifying below. Yes, I submitted an invoice in the initial submission with other answers.
              "Did you apply any additional discounts to your purchase (e.g. coupon codes)? : No
              Did you make your purchase via the CASHREWARDS App : No
              Invoice : C:\fakepath\CashRewardsPizzahut-17Dec20-15.pdf"

              "Do you mind letting me know how you made this Pizza Hut purchase? Was it via the store's website or through their mobile app?

              I would like to note that transactions made via the store's mobile app is not available for cashback. You will only get cashback if you purchase through their web site."

              • @amsaini15: Fair question in my opinion re the Pizza Hut app, as we've had quite a number of claims stating they've purchased via the Pizza Hut app, against the terms of use. We obviously need to nip this is the bud from the outset, rather than have members upset at having claims denied down the track, I'm sure you'll agree :)

                • @tightarse: I agree to some extend. I thought the question "Did you make your purchase via the CASHREWARDS App : No" covers that user has not used cashrewards App. May be that question can ask if user used phone or desktop to make a purchase which will confirm Pizza Hut purchase was not done on mobile (CR App or browser on phone) at all.

                  Personally I prefer using desktop in all cases so that I can take screenshot/video of the purchase process.

  • Just put a untracked claim through now. Hopefully it gets somewhere.
