    My daughter has been in tears, as the device pulls hair in, gets jammed, then tries to burn it off your head.

    Look on YouTube for other fails.

    Horrid device. Good bargain though.

    Edit: this looks mildly better than the old one, as you can at least now open it up to remove the inevitable jam

      I can confirm that this works like a charm. My wife used to spend 45 minutes doing her hair before we head out and I bought this for her on Black Friday. She now spends about 10 minutes doing her hair with this.

      I’ve used various VS Sassoon Curl Magic’s etc as well as this one (my favourite so far) and it works just fine. My advice is to simply follow the instructions.

    I’ve got one of these, although not this model, and it works BUT only if you feed through tiny amount of hair at a time, which is really annoying and time-consuming if you have long, dense hair like mine.

        I have a love hate relationship with it for this reason haha. My long, thick hair refuses to withstand a curl by any other product than this, but goddamn I need the time and patience to achieve it.
