    I bought two from aliexpress over the last two months, from sellers with a lot of previous orders. Both were shipped with fake tracking numbers. The sellers fought tooth and nail against a refund. I've had hundreds of orders on aliexpress, and never had these issues. Something about this product is attracting a lot of dodge aliexpress sellers at the moment. Would definitely recommend buying direct from opolar for now.

  Finally pulled the trigger and bought one.

  There is a cheaper one on aliexpress with supposed good reviews, but I wanted the official one:

  I understand there's very mixed experiences with their customer service, shipping, and the product/s itself.

  I'll report back how my experience goes when I eventually get it on this post and future posts.

    I clicked on your AliExpress link at it shows AU$96.21 with free shipping
    but doesn't GST of AU$9.62 need to be added making the total AU$105.83?
    Which works out to be around the same price.

  I have one of these courtesy of OzB back in October 2020 and it was great.

  This is obviously a lot cheaper and the delivery back then was reasonable.

  I used it more than just cleaning keyboard. I am also using this to dust out hard to reach areas such as back of my computer, amps, etc.

  Bought one, it was poorly manufactured and one of the exhaust fins snagged on something internally when I twisted it to switch modes. Broke the fin entirely and it was less than 2 mins out of box.

  Emailed support with pictures and heard nothing at all from them. Just finally had my credit card dispute refunded the other day.

    With every purchase that is international-originated, I have to be mentally prepared to claim chargeback if the product goes south.

    It's good we have such facility in Australia.

  I had mine dead on arrival. Tried few times to make it work but no luck. The support is pathetic to say the least. They just did not respond to the emails etc. Finally had to get the refund via my credit card.

  I bought this model from the last OzBargain deal back in November, no regrets.
  I was upgrading my NUC computer so I blasted it with this device and I could not believe the dust cloud that rose out of the NUC box.
  Every air inlet/outlet had dust come flying out of it, so I spent the next minute or 2 cleaning it, bloody amazing.
  The vacuum feature works well also, very handy for small spills or vacuuming your car seats etc, I'm really happy with this purchase.

  Mine just arrived and it's great. Vacuum works fine powerful enough for dusting. The blower is powerful enough. You need to remove the vacuum as per the instructions otherwise airflow for the blower will be restricted. Works much better this way.

  Finally got around to wondering where my order is and it was apparently delivered with ATL/Authority to Leave on a Sunday outside my work premises (open monday to friday) on a super busy road. I can't believe someone was stupid enough to leave it out the front and think it wouldn't get stolen.
