This is targeted, and I did not receive this offer. Commbank offer does not work well for me. I took its Kogan offer, $100 for $30, however, the credit never came out. Rather my app tells me the offer expired.

  Did you activate it in the app?
  It looked like it was gone for me too after redeeming, but did get the credit in the end and can now see it in CommBank app as redeemed, under rewards - activity (scroll to bottom).
  
  (I do regret ordering from Kogan, but that's unrelated.)
