    I got overcharged $569 instead of the discounted price of $134 on my order from the last deal a few days ago. The customer support have been useless and seemed to add my request to someone elses order and request. They have no clue what they are doing. I presume offshore support.

          getting good quality jeans for $40 instead of $129.95 RRP is a bargain in my books.

          And yes, the RRP for CK is pretty accurate, I have bought $150 CK jeans before in 2007 before I was an Ozbargain member

    Has anyone returned sales items to CK? Not sure about sizing, so would take a bit of a gamble and buy a couple of different sizes and return what doesn't fit.

    Their wording is slightly opaque in regards to change of mind refunds for sales items.

      damn i ordered just before TA posted the $5 bonus deal via cashrewards.

      returns policy seems alright to me.

      Just beware with the jeans they are short length. I.e. if you order size 34, they will have 32 leg length.

        Not so for the OH, they're 5ft 6" and there's about 4 inches of material at the bottom of the jeans.

    So they took the Denim discount of $90 (from $904.39 now $814.39), then applied the 10% (now $732.95). They then applied 40% off sale items (now $732.95- $264.42 = $468.53).
    They put a line in there, {TOTAL DISCOUNT -AU$435.86} that totally threw me off my math. Can anyone confirm if the $468.53 is correct?

      Check your email order confirmation as not all items have 40% discount. My $39.95 jeans only had 10% vip discount

      subtotal less discounts (40% off, 10% Vip, etc.) = net total

      net total + shipping (if any) = total payable amount

    all discounts are applied in my cart however when i choose paypal at checkout the price went up as if some discount didnt apply properly. anyone else got this?
    if i choose credit card it's fine. but i need to pay with paypal so i can use their free returns.

      I paid Paypal when it was passing through to Paypal the price went up but then dropped again. Was charged the correct amount

      This happened to me through PayPal and I was charged the pre-discount price. I only noticed after the payment went through when they emailed the invoice.
      I raised a case with CK. Should I do the same with PayPal?

      I had this issue but paid via card, price got charged was the prediscount price and i hadno way of telling till i got the sms and email about how much i got charged. I raised a case and it took ages to get it fixed as they took a while to respondand then said it should only be half the discount that i knew i was meant to get and i had to fight to get the proper discount applied.

        @lonewolf that sucks!! At least in the end you got it. Should have taken screenshots first. I never ended up buying as PayPal price never ends up being right. Then some of the items sold out in my cart so now I cbb ordering anymore.
