    I got a canned reply saying the transaction wasn't registered at liqorland, and it's still on progress. I suspect it will end badly, and if I don't get the money back I won't be purchasing liqorland through cash rewards or shopback again.

      I was initially told the dates on the liquorland invoice didnt match the transaction date (for some reason Liquorland put the date they processed and shipped the order rather than the date I placed the order) and after I provided the order confirmation email showing the correct date and time, I was then told the NYETEN code wasnt approved and the cashback was declined. Politely pointed out that the code was on cashrewards site at the time and they then approved the cashback. My first time submitting a claim - not the easiest but looks like we got there in the end. I've since discovered that the best way to make sure it tracks is to use Incognito mode on chrome. Haven't had a transaction not track since using that method. Good luck with your claim!

        The main relevant difference between Incognito mode and normal browsing is that Incognito mode disables extensions.

        I wonder which extension you've installed is causing the issue?

        Do you always have your Liquorland orders delivered and do they always/mostly/occasionally not track?

        Do you regularly change your installed/activated extensions?
