    Peanut butter also works well too, maybe this stuff works better. Luckily haven't had a rat problem for a while.

    I used to coat some dog kibble with peanut butter, they love that stuff too.

    Alas, I don't live there, but it does look like a very nice area. Nearby golf course I used to frequent, very nice, until I realised getting a high score is not the point of the game.
