Harvey Norman has Nano for $128 (Shadow Grey) https://www.harveynorman.com.au/blue-microphones-yeti-nano-u…. Picked one up boxing day with Latitude Pay for $108.

  • Nice Mics, would recommend getting a boom arm and shock mount though as you will pick up vibrations from your desk.

  • Can anyone recommend a mic that I can talk to from ~1m?
My web cam is on top of my monitor and I recline while working (best for blood flow and posture), but everyone complains they can't hear me, so I have to shout.

    • Use a headset/earphones/earbuds?

      • Already been there.

    • If you're looking for a mic that will pickup anything within 1m, it will pickup all the backgrounds noise too. Paper moving, keyboard tapping, bloody everything

Do you have a noisy work area?

      • I can use Nvidia broadcast ;), however my office is quiet… mailnly just crows outside now and again.

    • Fifine k669b? It's regularly in top budget usb mic picks. It's got a gain knob so you could prob turn that up for further distance use

      • Thanks, looks good… $70 is the cheapest I can find it.

        • Slightly cheaper (after shipping and tax) on AliExpress, but estimate delivery is 24/1.

I'd get it on Amazon for less hassle.

    • I assume you've boosted the level to max (100) in Windows/Sound Control Panel/Recording/Levels? That can make a big difference.

    • Which web cam? My Microsoft and Logitech web cams are good across the room - about 4m

    • This definitely will, very sensitive mic

$20 delivery to QLD with Startrack and $28 with Auspost.

A deal breaker for me personally…

Mwave's shipping has always been a hard pill to swallow for me, too
