Hi all, recently got approved for a Latitude credit card. Does it come with an annual fee or other charges if we do not make any purchases?

The Latitude Mastercard® is no longer taking new applications.

OP must have broden'd them by opening 50 accounts or something.

OP, aren't these 'minute' details that one should know before signing up for a Latittude Credit Card?

You should have checked this page before applying or before asking this question. Annual fees is shown with every type of card in biggest font possible.

I don't understand how people can go about their lives not asking these questions BEFORE applying. I mean we can blame the banks until the cow come home, but if people are like this….shakes head

    • You don't need to remember. You can look it up on their website or the PDS they sent you…if that fails you can contact them directly.

I'd normally give them a break, I mean pds are long, but supremely important. Especially financial products (heck any products).

But the fact op doesn't even know the name of the credit card. And would rather wait for an answer on the internet instead of spending the last 20 hours searching that pds they supposedly read. This has to be a troll. No one is….this dense to say it kindly.

  • lol OP , what are you going to do if the annual turns out to be $5000 a year?

  • annual fee or other fees if we do not make any purchases?

Answer is yes, you still get annual fees regardless.

Cards that I know of which don't charge fees if balance is $0 are zip pay, nab straight up card and the CommBank neo card.

Many thanks, finally someone with a straight answer

      • That's for the latitude MasterCard anyways.

If you got the 28 degrees card, it has no annual fees already. You just get charged interest beyond 55 days.

Then if you got their go MasterCard, you don't get fees for balance less than $10. Although I'm not familiar with this product myself .

        Which card did you apply?

The MasterCard doesn't, but the Visa card does & it is $99/year

    • Thanks
