        Just a graphical and UI update. Also has some QoL changes like better text skipping.

        The translation is improved over the DS version, a lot of spelling mistakes and grammar issues are corrected.

    Give it a shot.
    Granted I haven’t finished Phoenix but I enjoyed it more than Danganronpa, and plan to come back to it eventually.
    I found Danganronpa a tad over the top for my liking.

      I guess I'm wary as i like puzzles but not sleuthing

      And visual novel is not my thing

      But it's such a highly regarded game

    It's a little slow and if you stop int he middle of a case for a two month break you may forget what's even happening. But the game is just funny overall. Not hard to see why it was a hit on mobile originally.

    I think they are, as user above mentioned, improvements on UI, graphics and translation.
