    Regulations have killed drones if you live anywhere near a major city. Not worth getting

      The CASA rules are reasonable for sub 250g drones

    this hits all the right notes for me, upgrading from mavic pro 1.

    pricing, features, wind resistance, signal, video quality, new remote, size, just.. .everything. I loved my old drone but hate taking it out, it was loud and big and hard to bring out, especially on hikes. It's a different story now.

    For any new drone pilots, please read up and follow the rules. One in particular is that no drones in any state or national parks. so blue mountain/grampians/wilsons prom, or sydney harbour - all not allowed. Might be worthwhile checking where you can/cannot fly before you buy the drone, or it'll sit on the shelf gathering dust.

      Jump on the live chat with at this store, I said I was considering the refresh plan and would be keen if they could offer a discount.

      Initially the guy said 5% but ended up getting the year plan for $70. Could probably get a good discount on the 2 year plan. Worth asking/making counter offers in case!

    Great deal. Got mine last week from Anaconda 10% price beats Camerasdirect for a similar price. Ends up paying ~$780 out of pocket. Even sweeter than the previous $799 flash deal on Amazon.
