Yeah, as a startup, we are keen to put effort on products. We don't want to increase the product price because of a fancy website which costs more.
What? Your website IS your product. It took me 30s to run your page through a spellchecker/google etc. and discover like 8 mistakes and 14 other issues on just the info page… Including evidence of plagiarism.
Most likely because you pulled your taglines from your eBay store which is selling these toys, which are actually cheap knockoffs from Beijing… I'd provide links but they're too long and I'm lazy. But as far as I can see there is at least a 20% markup across the board.
Finally, your site has some JQuery issues, keeps trying to connect to https://connect.facebook.net/en_US/fbevents.js which causes lag (try removing the social buttons) and doesn't use HREF tags (which means your site isn't get crawled correctly).
Before you buy and receive our products, you SHOULDN'T judge our products as 'cheap knockoffs'. Although we're a startup, we have had a lot of happy customers with our services and products.
As a channel, eBay charges on the final value so we have to ask 10-20% more. Shopping on our website is cheaper. And we don't have any promotion on eBay store right now. If you want to shop, you can shop on our website.
@madpet: I can judge products before receiving them, it's usually how I decide what to purchase. The main reason I labelled them cheap is that they clearly are cheap products from China. Heaps of other stores sell 'your' products and most are 20% cheaper than your website (not your eBay store so that excuse doesn't hold up), example here:

You've built a basic website, brought cheap toys from China and are selling them at markup for profit, welcome to business 101. There's nothing wrong with being cheap. Some of my dog's favourite toys are like $5 rope animals, but he also rips them apart by the stitches and eats the fluff from inside.
It does annoy me when you clearly don't mark items right, such as suitable for puppies etc.
Spell check doesn't cost that much to use…
