  • Might want to mention in the title that this is only for NSW and ACT

  • as far as I know. It's no longer a part of NRMA group. It sold to someone…

Motorserve is owned by Insurance Australia Limited (IAG) and is part of the NRMA Insurance family.

      https://motorserve.com.au/about-motorserve/

NRMA the motorist organisation floated its insurance business as IAG with the trading name of NRMA Insurance. Is this what you're referring to? Or is it a more recent development with Motorserve?

  • Had this "Free" offer offered to me. Went with NRMA because getting rotors and pads changed. And the flush and change was a bonus…

Came 4 hours later advised they won't flush"diesel" system… I was like wdf it's got nothing to do with the fuel system in my car.

They didn't advise they can't do diesel cars, only petrol.

Asked for the manager and stated not paying for the flush and clean. He stated they did so advised pull up the security feed. He wouldn't view the feed, and gave a BS story.

    • What is security feed

    • same bullshit when they said free windscreen wipers blah blah, went in and was told that because my car needs the euro wipers they would replace if i paid an extra $40 …. even though it wasn't stated in the T&Cs

    • Seems you have to have known that the BG44K is only for petrol vehicles chunee. BG 245 is for diesel. At a saving of $46.66 I doubt they "flush" anything. More likely they just add some BG44K to your fuel tank. Social media usually amplifies bad experiences but I've read a few comments about Motoserve incompetence and overcharging so best to ask around and see what the internet turns up about your local beforehand I guess. Thanks for the heads up.

Do they change the blinker fluid?

You gotta visit the optometrist for that… 😊

  • Is the brake bleed a real brake bleed or just drain and refill the reservoir? Old workshop trick.
