Found this while looking for some good deals. Here are the terms:

Cashback is ineligible when using codes not listed on Cashrewards.
Cashback is ineligible on orders made via the UNIQLO app.
Cashback is ineligible onAIRism face masks, and Roger Federer RF caps.
Any purchase returned, exchanged or cancelled partially or in full (in-store or online) is ineligible for cashback.
You must return and click through from Cashrewards to UNIQLO every time you make a new transaction/purchase.

  I have $5 coupon for signing up to the newsletter.
  If I were to use that coupon, would this invalidate the cash back? TIA

  I'm not sure if this is the same with Cashrewards - but the last two Uniqlo orders I've pushed through Shopback (one via desktop browser, one via mobile app) have been rejected, despite following all the guidelines. I suspect it might be because Uniqlo accounts are now paired to their own rewards program. Would love some clarification on this, if possible.

    my two uniqlo orders via cashrewards were not tracked. I raised the issue with CR Team and they are investigating it.

      Interesting - I raised it with SB too, but they investigated and then rejected both claims, with no explanation or help.

        Same here. Ordered twice with ShopBack with no resolution. Both on increased cashback.

        SB is bad with claims. I purchased 3 x matresses from Myer when they had 15% SB and SB rejected. I only use Cashrewards now, they have much better customer service…

        Oh :( mine is still shown as pending though, not sure if it will be rejected in the future (looks like other people in the comment had their claim rejected as well)

        Same for me with SB. Uniqlo rejected it. Under appeal now.
        This was during the increase cashback promotion.

      same happened to me but they approved it whilst they are waiting to confirm my order with uniqlo (wouldn't accept my receipt as proof)

        They approved mine while they waited for Uniqlo - but then rejected it subsequently.

          @poppingtags: hmm.. mine still pending from a purchase in early dec… we'll see if it gets rejected too…
