For those wanting to adopt the new road plate system. RRP is $32.99. Amazon had them for $27 last week, but have now increased their price to RRP.

    There is a lot of opinion about that and I think it will be best for you to watch some YouTube videos on it. You would potentially lose the guttering (the step up to the pavement).

      It'll be an odd look since these are made of two plates and the modulars use a baseplate and a plate, thus making the sidewalk lower than the road if this set would be combined with a modular building, or correct me if I'm wrong?
      For a large MOC city builder I'll stick to the road baseplates as it looks tedious to have to build everything.
      Also, will this come in curves too?

        You raise a good question. Plenty of YouTubers have discussed options. E.g. a way to raise the modular.

    I personally think the easiest method is to put an upside down base plate underneath the already built modular building. I will be testing this in the next few weeks. This solution is from Bevin Bricks youtube channel.

  I missed the "+ delivery" in the title and was wondering how it's free with $65 purchase because I do want some stuff from kmart anyway

  I can't believe that instead of making the existing baseplates a full stud thickness they came up with something even more stupid
