    Awesome find dealbot! It's one of my favourite games. I don't know if this works for everyone else but I used my mobile device to sign in and get the game (as I kept getting errors on Desktop). I learnt this trick for a few other game suppliers in the past but it's worth a try. It only took me five minutes.

    How fast did you get the email?
    Checked spam not there. Been about half an hour

    • Same for me. Didn't get email despite receiving confirmation following completing the order. Not showing either in My Orders under my account.

      • I didn't get an email and the order didn't appear in My Orders. I readded and repurchased and now the order shows up, but no email yet, and no link to get the key from My Orders.

        • Mine took a few mins to pop up on the website didn't get the email till it popped either

      It took me around 50 minutes to get mine, I guess it's the luck of how much traffic is hitting their stores.

    Finally managed to sign up and just waiting for my steam key to show up now.

    EDIT: And now I get a 503 when I hit the download link!

    EDIT 2: And it's arrived! Around 50min wait here too.

    Working again. No "Waiting List".
    1) Click the banner "Special Offer: Little Nightmares for free until 17/01 [PC Download]" at the top of the screen.
    2) Add to cart and then checkout. (may need to create account if you don't have one)
    3) Fill out the details, click continue and place order.
    4) Wait for confirmation email. May take a while if servers are busy.
    5) Click "My Products" in confirmation email to display the Installation instructions and Steam Key.

    Key can also be displayed under "My Account", "Your Orders", "Delivery: Download" under LITTLE NIGHTMARES [PC Download].

      Got it sorted (I was not reading the instructions - apols all!), got the email, click on the link and I can see the product I ordered but I can't see any download option. Only Instructions. Am I blind again? Tried chrome and safari.

      • It's a Steam key. Register it and download through Steam account.

        • There is no key showing.

          • @boxall: customer service said it can take up to 24hrs for the key to show

        The key is still not showing despite there is the order confirmation email, and I logged in as well.

        Tried different devices and logged in a few time across the day, still not seeing the Steam key :(

          Just wait. You'll eventually get the key if you have an order receipt in your purchase history. I just went to bed and the key was there when I woke up the next day ready to register on Steam.

        • I had this problem as well, went to my order history, clicked on Little Nightmares, and there was an Activate Steam Key button (or something to that effect) on that page, then it showed me the Steam key (which worked).

          Hopefully it works for everyone eventually. It's been a really glitchy process ever since the deal started.

      You need to wait a while before the "Unlock Key" button shows up next to the "Instructions" button. I had to wait like ~1 day.

  • Hmm not sure if it's just me but I can't find the option to "Unlock the key" anywhere?

    • Ok messaged support and it turns out it could take some time for the key to be generated and the option "Unlock the key" to appear (which just did for me ironically right after I had reply from support).

      • How did you contact support? Their web site link to support was broken.

        • I clicked on the Need Help? link at the top next to Sign In and then Contact Us at the very bottom.

  • I didn't get any email after I placed the order yesterday afternoon. Log in Bandai Namco account this morning and found the code. It's located in "My Order" -> "Download -> "Unlock The Activation Code", then the code will be shown.

  • Logged in today and my orders show nothing. Yesterday I had the order showing but no key. Now completely gone.

    Unless my experience is an outlier, they have gotten on top of their bottlenecks.

    Added to cart, made account, checked out, and checked my order history for the Steam code which was delivered instantly, in the last 10 minutes.

    Hope the guys who got in before me have their keys now too! 🤞

    • When I click on the offer above in incognito, I don't even see the offer any more at the top. Oh well.

      • Isn't it? I just tried on Incognito in another browser, the banner is still at the top of the page (you may have to click the arrows to turn the carousel).
        Clicking it gets you to the store page where you can add it to cart, which is how I got mine.
