Kmart pack it so poorly lol everything I have got from them has always been squashed or broken.
Are you sure that is Kmart's fault and not from AusPost?
They are referring to that Kmart sometimes just puts a shipping label straight on the item and sends it out, or put it in a giant box without air cushions.

I was able to fudge delivery for the Bonsai somehow. I entered my postcode as it "actually" is and it said out of stock online, so I checked for C&C stores and my local 3 stores all showed out of stock but in-stock 31km away. I selected that store for collection, clicked back to delivery, and it let me place the order for delivery. YMMV?

@beeawwb: Did the same for the flowers around the same time you did. Wasnt sure what I did but recieved emails and auspost tracking so it worked.
Ordered yesterday and got cancelled. Online says couple of stores have stock but can't checkout and when called stores to check, none had stock on shelves.
This happened to me with the Lego Trafalgar Sq kit in December. I'd order it online, it would show as in stock, order would be processed and then days later cancelled due to stock problems. This happened 4 times over a couple of weeks. Dodgy.

Well… I initially tried it as soon as I saw this post, but then tried again 30mins and saw more, however when I went to pay, it was OOS again. So I tried it again at 11 and got success!

no. why is it dumb? it's perfect for the Creator series because it looks well thought-out and creative. Especially when you consider most of these pieces are existing used in sets to make cars, buildings & scenes.

No there isn't. Go to your cart and you'll see none available for delivery. Kmart doesn't tell you until you attempt to checkout.
EDIT: Bonzai delivery is available in VIC, but not NSW. Bouquet not available to either VIC or NSW. Didn't check other states.

Both showing as unavailable for me in QLD. Same stupid thing happened with Lego Razorcrest, some states could get delivery others couldn't.

Been trying for last hour with others saying was in stock, but not for me until just now.Both delivered in a thin package bag with no bubble wrap, so boxes bit squashed.
Lucky will build these and now recycle boxes instead of keeping them all.I was expecting mine to arrive squashed seeing others past experiences with Kmart Lego orders. I have no complaints for the $20 saving as opposed to pay RRP (or scalpers).
My bonsai order got cancelled so my search continues…
Should be plenty more coming though retail stores as its only a new release.

I don't think bubble wrap would have helped - I received mine wrapped in bubble wrap and black plastic [VIC via CouriersPlease]. Box had been squashed enough that the box had a hole on the side. :(
I think it's been mentioned in comments of some other Kmart Lego deals, but would welcome a more prominent warning on the deal. In future I'll be looking for local pick-up if it's for a gift.
My flower bouquet arrived without bubble wrap and it was in a satchel with no protection whatsoever. No need to mention it arrived a bit squashed. Wish mine was bubble wrapped.
I think people need to be prepared to receive squashed box legos if they are buying Lego from Kmart for delivery.

some kmart stores will have them out the back but not on the floor for sale (online will show them having no stock).
I've been told by mulitple kmarts that they are not allowed to sell to public as its reserved for online orders only. Some stores have sold to public (i.e. Eastland) but most will not. I suspect there will be plenty of cancellations for those who ordered online for stores who had sold to public as they will not have any stock to fulfill the online orders.

You haven't witnessed the 6 months Fastway (aka Slowway) their reputation was so bad they had to rebrand themselves to Aramex.
After the 2nd month of waiting the store decided to refund me my money, but eventually 6months later the package showed up at my doorstep. (i stopped chasing them after 2 months when the store refunded).
If it says available in store but unavailable upon checkout, ring the store as they will most likely have it in stock and you can ask to put it on hold. Best to pick up in store if you're near the store, worked for me.
