  The dualsense implementation for this game is quite good, highly recommended if you have a PS5 and like rally games.

    You can, just sign into your playstation account in a browser or the playstation app and purchase games. Honestly, if you're not in a rush to play this game I wouldn't get it till you have a console. WRC games seem to go on sale all the time and will probably drop in price quick too.
