I've ordered from them in the past without any issues, but the staff on their online chat customer support today were extremely unhelpful. Their support staff won't provide me with a shipping price on surfboard racks until I place an order, which seems counterproductive. It shouldn't be that difficult … I provide you with the items I want to order and a postcode, then you tell me how much it will cost to send. Apparently it's way more efficient for me to place an order, and then if I'm unhappy with the postage costs, have to cancel the order.
Not sure if this is a common experience, as this is my first time I've used their online support. Is it really that difficult to go that extra step to find out? Perhaps I just got lucky and got "Mr. I really don't want to be here" who is sick of the Christmas period … but oh well I guess they lost a $200 sale.
