what coupon?
If you go to coupons, it should have an automatic $5 off coupon. It shows it for me on the app and on browser ( two different accounts).
There's another link that's a dollar cheaper, you'll see it in the recommended hopefully.
I wouldn't buy off eBay due to the prevalence of fake Catan copies out there.

If you search on Facebook marketplace, they are very cheap. Quality is poor for the counterfeit one.Yeh saw a pop up store at Xmas selling this and pandemic games for $35 and while it looked legit, if you then went to the toy store or games retailer you could see the difference in quality of the printing and box

I would be 95% certain for that price it will be a fake copy. There are counterfeits all over Ebay.

so to play with just 2 you need the expansion as well? (this is what google is telling me)

2-4 players for this version. For 5-6 players you need the expansion.

@Manusdei: The more the merrier. For 2 players you mod the rules with a number of examples on the web. Trading however may be the challenge. Ideally 4-6 players works best, and if you have 7 people then one can be the banker.
I’ve only ever played with 4 players max and it is extremely enjoyable at that number. I think 2-3 would be too few
I have purchased a copy from eBay at a similar price. It was a bootleg rip-off of inferior quality. I called them out via ebay message and they literally said 'we send you full refund, have a nice day.'
I'm still keen to obtain a legit copy..
