Where to Buy Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra with Snapdragon?

Looking to upgrade my s7 edge to s21 ultra. The camera capabilities have everything I need and I don't play games.
I am looking after 512GB + Snapdragon version.
Did anyone know any reliable shops that provide reliable warranty?
Would like to use the phone for another 4~5 years.

Check the bands before you buy, IIRC the previous Galaxy SD variants didn't have the right bands for Australia.

Not worth getting s21 ultra with snap as the current exynos is pretty good

If looking at note 20 or S20 then get the snap if you can

    • but some said s888 is better than e2100?

    • Why do majority complain about Exynos variant then?

      1. Battery drain (much more on camera use)
      2. Camera picture quality is a hit and miss.
      3. Heating issue when using the phone in normal use and especially much more in camera mode.

I want to get the SD version but not sure if it has 5g,

I use to be a Samsung fan.

    Owned the S7 and S9+.

Due to the prices and the fact Samsung don't support 'older' phones, I'm going with another Android manufacturer.

The S9 was their flagship phone, yet 2.5 years after release Samsung don't even bother updating the OS (Android 11) for it.

Samsung wants to price their phones like Apple but do not want to support their older products. Apple still supports the 6S with their latest OS and that's over 5 years old.

    • Yep couldn't agree more, the miserly support is going to be Samsung's undoing.

Have the s9+ and it's still a great and powerful phone, Samsung's really trying to push owners onto their new products after two years with this stance.

      • I still like my S9+, the only reason I would upgrade is for a better camera and if it starts to slow down.

I think phones have got a point where PCs were about 10 years ago. You don't need to upgrade every 2 years as the improvements are incremental. I'm still using a 6 year old PC as it still does everything I want and doesn't feel slow. Since I upgraded to Windows 10, it feels even faster than when it was new.

Just very unfortunate that Samsung won't provide additional software support for their 2.5yo flagship.

Sorry Samsung, you've lost me as a customer.

Actually, my Samsung phone is the only Samsung product I still use. Stopped using their fridges, washing machine, microwave, TVs, Tablets. Disappointing quality after 5 years compared to Panasonic/Bosch/Mitsubishi etc.

    • I, too, am a Samsung owner and I'm very pissed at the Exynos performance of mine as compared to my wife's similar phone (also from Samsung) with a snapdragon.

The thing is: Which other manufacturer today can provide an extremely high quality screen, paired with great UI, to fight Samsung on the Android flagship world?

Happy to take recommendations and start doing some digging as I pretend to upgrade this year.

      Thanks

      • Which model is phone uses the Exynos and Snapdragon?

I believe all of Aust S9+'s use the Exynos and it feels ok to me.. can't really complain about the speed of my S9+.

I'm not ready for an upgrade but will be keeping my eye out for a new phone at the end of the year or so.

        • Her phone is not Australian. Mine is. We're both on the 9 series bandwagon, but I bought mine here in Oz.
There's a clear difference when we plug our phones in the car and Android auto kicks in. Mine becomes a s*&t show and hot as heck, while hers keeps cooler and doesn't slow down like there's a 100Ton anchor pulling it down.
It's very noticeable and it's pissed me off for the past years, just thinking about moving away from Exynos.

We don't game at all, so not sure about the differences there, but for everything else, yeah, it's noticeable, including the battery and heat management.

          • @DigSpider: That's annoying.

            I suppose I didn't know better.

            Another strike against Samsung
