Is This Website a Scam? https://cocoonpower.com/

this website, https://cocoonpower.com/

sometimes their computer things will turn up on google search, however it seems that their price is about 5 times of normal amazon price.

of course

  1. they have 10+ million 5+ stars reviews
  2. each of their products is only 6 left, and 40 people bought the same thing over the last 24 hours.
  3. no return, no refund, 50% restock fee.

their address is in somewhere in australia, and also somewhere in USA.

They sure are full of themselves.
"Australia' largest online retailer of latest gadgets, power products & spare parts." Multiple times on their home page.
Did they purposely drop the s from "Australia's" because they aren't?

Full of knock off junk. Nearly 1/3 of their reviews outside of eBay are 1 star.

1916 Pike Pl Seattle, WA 98101 doesn't really seem like a warehouse location. A fancy looking mall doesn't really seem like the ideal location for a place to store stuff.

No way to actually contact them locally. Phone number 0011 +1 3103 612 012 so any issues you have to call the USA. (which people report as not working.)

Spelling mistakes and most likely fake locations no way to talk to them outside of a message system.
Links that just send you to the homepage instead of where they are meant to. "30day money back guarantee" Yet their return policy is nope to 35% restocking fee.

Even if they are real nothing makes me want to give any money to them. So assume they are a scam. :)

For the future if something doesn't feel right assume it's just someone up to no good.

"This is ozbargener ocker reporting live from location, reports of a false bargain have been circulating for months but we have no sign of an actual bargain, stay tuned for the raid"

    • Holy shit you actually drove there to find out and turned out the warehouse address was a dud?! Damn!
