So short and sweet these are the weekly deals for feb:

Week Offer Timing
1 $6 Small Big Mac EVM + Cheeseburger 1-7 February
2 20% off order over $10 8-14 February
3 $6 Small McChicken EVM + Cheeseburger 15-21 February
4 20% off order over $10 22-28 February

The following is taken from an email from maccas:

"This February, the GMA Weekly Deals promotion will return with even better Value than before. To help drive guest counts and new mymacca’s users, we will offer customers a new and exciting deal each week in February. The weekly offer will run from Monday to Sunday and customers will be able to redeem the offer once during that week. These deals are only available for registered users of the app.

Quick quiz questions:

Q: Will any customer be able to redeem the deals?
A: Yes, customers must be a registered mymacca’s app user in order to redeem the deal and get the code

Q: When does the deal start and finish?
A: The deal will start at 12:01am on each Monday during the campaign period and will end at 11:59pm on each Sunday of the campaign period

Q: Can a customer redeem a deal more than one time during the week?
A: No, customers can only redeem the weekly offer once. After it is used, they must wait until the next offer is released

Q: What’s the difference between GMA MOP and GMA SCAN transactions?
A: GMA MOP (Mobile Order & Pay) transaction is when a customer adds their items to basket in the mymacca’s app and pays for their order using the in-app payment option by adding a credit card or using Apple Pay.
GMA Scan transaction is when a customer scans or inputs a GMA offer code at Kiosk, Drive-Thru or Front Counter to claim their deal, however, pays for their order in restaurant at Front Counter or Kiosk or Drive Thru. "

        They are basically the offers I've been getting every week the X% off $Y spend.
        And now it's presented like a special promotion?

        I'll be back once they provide actual deals again. Like November's deals were so good.

          Well you're lucky cause I get nothing good. $4 for a coffee and two hash browns. $2 for a McMuffin.

          Even the November deals weren't great most of the time. Maccas is just ridiculously expensive for what you get nowadays.

            Maybe it's just me, but I don't want to spend $10+ at Maccas because that doesn't even go far these days. I'd rather get something I'll enjoy more.

              @pennypincher98: I agree! You get better value going to your local takeaway store and getting a burger with the lot for $7~. That will fill you up at least.

              My local does a burger, chips and a drink for $12. Could feed a small army with that.

                Not sure why I'd spend $10 at Maccas to get some crudely slapped burger and floppy fries.

                Maccas is only really for when there's no other viable choice.

                PS: my current offer is a $5 off voucher if I spend $20. Myself spending $20 at Maccas is laughable.

    Whats the go with redeeming 2 codes through drive through…..was told that it can't happen and I would need to come inside. (Even after I told them, 2 people in the car and happy to do seperate transaction)

    Is that just laziness from the Maccas worker?

      1 code per transaction, so they’d need to make a new transaction for the other code and it might hold up ppl behind you… but I presume it’s mostly laziness

    Ever since they removed fish fillet burger from the mcclassics (2 for $6) I have kind of stopped buying from maccas

      On a positive note, Mcdonalds has now introduced the McVeggie burger made with a crunchy potato patty with cheese and the famous mcdonalds pickles. And after just one bite, im sure you'll all agree its designed to help you give up vegetarianism and go back to eating meat.

    I gotta say those $1 hamburgers they had in the past were the best bulking food ever.

    1100 kg for $1 and they tasted decent (not great) too!

      Are you using the Android app? Mine does the same. I have to clear all data and the sign in again to clear the cart most times. It's very annoying. Luckily I only purchase once every couple of months

    In true mymaccas fashion the app was giving errors and the never ending "sending to restaurant" with the M taunting me by dancing across the screen. Conveniently the app likes to stop working when there are actual set deals. It basically didn't work for the second half of November, but worked fine suddenly on the 1st of December.

    Solution: Download VirtualBox (on Android), import the mymaccas app and away I went.
    Maccas hate my S10, but they'll allow me to order on a virtual machine.

      The real solution is to just select 'Scan', and then enter the code on a kiosk in store. Don't have to worry about app not sending order, or the scanner not working on the QR code.

        This also works well but I like to have the order basically ready when I waltz into the store like I'm a king. Sadly it's rarely even ready when I confirm I am there, 2 minutes away.
