  • Recurring discount?

  • Is this recurring discount?

    What's the host server specs?

    • No, It is the first month, unfortunately, however, if you open a ticket, we're able to extend that on Linux servers.

      The VPS's are hosted on E5-2697 v3's.

      • Not a bargain then in my opinion.

      • So can you clarify it's $3.60 and if I raise a ticket I can get $3.60 for all months after?

  • Is this $3.60 for the first month, and then $6 for every subsequent month, or is this $3.60 for every month for the forseeable future?

    • It is the first month, unfortunately, however, if you open a ticket, we're able to extend that on Linux servers.

  • Did you steal your website design from vultr?

    • +1

We've had this website & brand design for a very long time, in fact, it was made prior to Vultr's rebrand. It seems as if we both got on the same design trend as we're both in the same industry.

  • Why such old Ubuntu, no alpine option?

    • 18.04 isn't too bad, v20 is less than a year old?

    • +1

we've only added what we know works, we used to have a broader range of OS's however, there were multiple vulnerabilities in some Linux OS's resulting in customers maxing out their BW usage after being hacked within 1-2 hours of purchase. Therefore needing to pay extra for more resources so soon after purchase.

We understand Alpine may be secure, however, we're yet to pen test this ourselves to guarantee this won't happen again.

Alternatively, you're able to upload your own ISO's after purchase, however, that is at the customer's own risk.
