      Very few people can eat 2 full size pizza's.

      As there is zero waste and zero take home. and to avoid additional charges.
      We ecourage half and half pizza's till full.
      Customers can go from Large and Regular sizes. till full.

          Plates for splitting food is given.

          1st order is 1 item per person (Pizza or pasta). Then 1 item per 2 people until full.

          As a said before. Very few people can complete 2 x Pizza or 2 x pasta on 1 sitting. We would rather not charge full retail price for leftovers so need customers to think before they order.
          Most have kids and more than 2 people.

          There are other deals avail that cater for selective ordering. Check the Menu.

          We are Gourmet Pizza's, $21.95 for a Large. Not be confused with the cheapies out there.

          We have a Menu with over 100 Items on it and can custom order. If outside the general diet of the masses. then special order. Never had any request even close to this request over 1000s of orders.

          People with special diet know exactly what they want and are NOT all you can eat people. We have many Indian Hindi customers late night. They generally order what they know suits.

          I’d assume once you’ve paid full price for your two pieces you can take them with you.
          I suspect it doesn’t happen often because the punitive nature of the deal leads people to actually eat all they can eat.

    the all you can eat near us did it much easier.. they would just come around to your table every few minutes and ask who would like a slice of (whatever pizza they were holding). No wasteage, affordable (about 2/3 what this cost), and nowhere near as confusing as this 'deal'. Sorry but this is one of the worst I have seen

      Yeah, as far as I can tell, it’s all you can eat for $25 as long as that amount is a multiple of 1 pizza. The way OP explains it is, the deal is for a minimum of 2 people, they bring a pizza each. Then a third pizza to share after the first two have been entirely eaten. In between pizzas there will be a table inspection to ensure all pizza was eaten.

      Any uneaten pizza will be charged at full retail prize for the entire pizza I assume (no mention of pro rata prices).

      Now doesn’t that sound like fun?

      Basically, OP claims no one usually eats more than the 3 pizzas between two. So the deal is more 3 pizzas for $50 and a whole lot of awkward for free.

      Imagine a buffet but with more steps and less choice.

      Not sure where you are getting your information from but here is some information for you

      Zero to low experience (Level 1) 21 year above = $29.01 hr ($26.50 hr plus 9.5% super)
      3 staff on 8 hrs a day (24 Hrs) (For slow days) = $696 day wages
      Does NOT include after 10pm or weekends or public holidays so add 20% to 250% on top

      Zero to Low experience 15 yr old (Level 1) = $8.56 hr
      4 Staff on slow day (Still 24 hrs) = $205.44 day wages
      Does NOT include after 10pm or weekends or public holidays so add 20% to 250% on top

      Low productivity day can be $300 to $500 day in sales

      I should also mention that a Junior is
      More reliable, A better long term hire, Better at cleaning and hygine, and can afford to hire a extra if needed.

      Seniors are not good for biz.

      Any business that doesnt hire juniors is a Mum and Dad shoop. Or have major mark up in products, or has internal family involved

        So why are you specifically looking for 15-17 year olds? A 20 year old can be a junior too.

    Forgot to mention.
    15 to 17 yr olds come with $4000 wage subsidy if started on Cert 3 in hospitality

    20 yr old nearly same costs as above.
    And have already entered the workforce and are tainted with bad habits.

    They just are not worth the costs or headaches.

    Juniors matched with a senior are much better workers.

    This is tested over 100s of staff. Is why every major out there hires juniors.
