        It is little bit complicate. I Will set up once photo is ready. And update here. There are two different carpet head for dreame v11, Old Pin Carpet head for Dreame v11 will able to ship out early March and New Pin carpet head will be able to ship out later March. All order before December 2020 is old pin model, All order after that will be New Pin Model.

    So many people seem to have trouble with reading.
    OP has mentioned several times throughout this post that he will add the V11 carpet head to the deal at some point today.

      The problem is OP has replied to other questions but ignored the people asking how much it would be. The more people that ask the more it shows urgency that people want to know. We want to make an informed decision between the V10 combo and V11 combo pricing.

    Hope we get more details on the v11 carpet head today. Bought it on the proviso that it would be available since I mostly have carpets. Still blows my mind how the carpet head attachment isn't standard though.

      Given the price differential on the V10 with and without carpet head is $70, I would hazard a guess that it will be around $430, give or take $10.

        I'd say so.

        I just hope gearbite was being genuine. From a quick google, there doesn't seem to be any mention of an official v11 carpet head attachment anywhere.
        Giving them the benefit of the doubt since everyone on ozb seems to rate them so highly.

              @keejoonc: Yes, it is slight different, as they change from old pin to New Pin, they do not want to produce old pin carpet head as it wont continue, but we push so hard to get that done, and they finally done special order for our previous V11 customers. Will update once all information is ready, please give us some time to work out.

    After reading through all the comments - I'm just after some clarification.

    What kind of head comes with the cheapest V10 here? Can this head be used on both hard floors and carpet?

    Does the two-head combo V10 listed here basically just give you an additional head that gives better performance on hard floors?

    When I click on the product links, both V10 versions have exactly the same description in the "In the box" section.

        Is it just a case of the additional soft roller head in the combo providing better performance on hard floors?

        I currently have an old Dyson V6 and am using the same head on both hard floors and carpet.

          You can use carpet head for hard floor, it should not be any problem. Soft roller motorized head provide better performance for hard floor.

          the standard soft roller head is like a paint roller head, with a line of thin brush in between.
          wouldnt be great for high pile carpet, works fine on low pile (rental) carpet, and good for hard floors.

          The carpet roller head only has the thin brush lines, without the fluffy paint roller head bit, it would dig into the carpet pile a bit more by the looks

            I'm increasingly thinking that if I wanted to just use one head (if one is lazy to keep swapping heads), I'd be better off using the carpet head for both carpet and hard floors, rather than the other way around.

    Bought V11 and hoping is sufficient for carpet in the room (not thick). I have a robot to deal with carpet.

    BTW, I should comment that Gearbite did repair my robot when the sensor is misbehaving for free. It was couple of months out of warranty (over 1 year).

    Are these (v10) really so much better than the 1c?
    Ordered the 1c and then this gets posted the same day. Thinking if I should cancel the 1c order or not.
    Will be used primarily on timber floors and medium pile carpets. More of an intermittent use rather than main. Will be buying a robot for regular cleans.

    Will be holding off on the V11….if I have read everything correctly there is no carpet head available yet for the "new" V11 which you'd get if ordering now. Only one available is for the older V11 pre December 2020.

        bluedez_man is correct in saying if you were to buy V11 now, you have no option in terms of carpet head. You will have to wait for GB to sell the version with the new pin at some point in March.

          old pin is ~9mm distance, new pin is ~13 mm distance centre to centre

      It's in the description in the OP (recently added). Note that that head is the old pin version only for the older V11 purchased before 1st Dec 2020. If you purchased the V11 after that date you will need to wait till late March for the new head.
