Bose Sport Earbuds $249 Delivered @ Myer

90

Was in the market for some new earphones for sport / running use. Had a hunt around and these get pretty good reviews. Newish model. Myer has them on sale for $249 pickup or delivered (free).

Good review of them here:

If anyone has comparison info or opinions on any of my other shortlisted ones I'd be happy to hear. Specifically after comfort when active, then sound quality, then features and things like handsfree digital assistant etc.
- Jaybird Vista True Sport
- Bang & Olufsen Beoplay E8 Sport
- Apple Airpods Pro

  • Took a $45 gamble on the Trueshift2.

Was only after a pair of wireless buds that would stay in solidly and play tunes during a run or workout.
Have to say I'm surprisingly satisfied. Microphone quality is absolute trash though, but I tend not to take calls while at the gym as its my time to unwind.

  • Just ordered these too, my $16 gamble Altec Lansing wireless ones were just not very comfortable, sore ears after 20 mins.

They're $248 on Addicted to Audio if you want to save $1 - https://addictedtoaudio.com.au/products/bose-sport-earbuds?_…

I can vouch for these as being good headphones. Cycle with them on and have no issues with them staying in my ear, and Im somebody that can't wear Apple headphones as they fall out.

  • I have the wired 3.5mm jack Bose headphones and found the exact same thing, bar far the most comfortable headphones I've ever used, 8 hours wear no pain. Hence I decided to just buy the fill wireless option here, can't wait to try them out.
Note other similar models offer active noise cancellation of that's important, I personally hate ANC and find it very jarring, makes me feel I'll so these not having it was actually a bonus for me.

  • Mine had a lot of drop out issues. Bose support was non-existent.

    • These one's specifically? The previous models had some known BT issues which are apparently almost completely gone in this model.
