    You can get the complete series for £14.95 at Zavvi.com (I've only had one item shipped by them, they're not fast but they got my stuff to me). Shipping was 1 pound when I ordered it. A single season is cheaper if you're looking only to buy one season.

  Its interesting a majority of the <$10 DVDs are the same titles that Madman are selling themselves as part of their end of year sale, but still cheaper thru JB by a dollar or so ??!!

  Something a bit odd there, considering JB are doing free delivery on everything too!

  (eg most of the $3.98 DVDs are on the Madman site for $5.00)

  Edit: seems like a majority of the titles in their 'DVD clearance' sale are the same titles as Madman are doing in there sale, only cheaper and with free postage. Few good, if obscure, bargains in there. Also those Fox DVD / Blu-ray packs are good value too (even though the packaging is a bit shit).

    ALL sales by retailers will be reflected by the manufacturers and distributors. They don't put on the sales themselves, manufacturers/distributors do and they simply lower their prices to reflect that.

    Madman would, however, do their best not to undercut their biggest customers.

      You're not telling me anything new - 8 years of retail DVD experience taught me a thing or two.

      Usually when Madman run an online limited time / stock 'clearance' sale, its not offered to retail - its first in, best dressed for the public via their website. It seems a bit odd / out of the ordinary that JB has been given a bite at this, at the same time, and is undercutting them a fair bit. I'll assume Madman have a fair bit of old stock lying around.

  I have never really found JB HiFi cheap at anything A year ago they gave me their cheapest price on a Panasonic 3D TV and I went to Myers and got it for a $100 less. What's the sign outside their shops ? …always the cheapest ?

    "Always cheapest prices" is their motto.
    From my experience, they have always beaten any price I have presented to them. If you had taken Myers price to them they may have beaten it. They do better than their best price if someone else has it lower.
