    I'm of a similar mind to you, I'm keen to look into the prospect of using more environmentally friendly products. The more we support these things the more affordable, and therefore popular, they'll become. Having done a quick web search I'd say the best answer to your question would be 'commercial facility'. Most home composting doesn't get hot enough as it depends totally on the biological action inside it to generate heat. Commercial facilities artificially add heat to help speed up the process and to ensure tougher substances actually break down.

  What kind of biodegradeable? A lot of "biodegradeable" products do not biodegrade in regular circumstances.
