  • For those in the east, it's $448 delivered on ebay: ($435 with Plus code PLUS3P)

    • The ebay listing does not include delivery fee.

      • You're right, my mistake, I had a couple of listings open…

  • How much is the labor cost to replace the gas cooktop?

    • +1

Probably more than the cooktop is worth.

I hate commenting on these posts but will anyway, be careful if you buy one of these they are not very good
I have fixed hundreds of these cooktops and it’s always the same things go wrong with them. Ignition or gas taps, they normally put them into high rise apartments and they are the builders budget range.

Avoid this unless you want a budget cooktop that might give you 2-3 years tops.

Thanks. Do you have any recommended ones that last?

I agree, I am also a repairer and get sick to death of alot of this cheap charlie crap on the market. They bring it out at a 'clearance' price, people buy it and then whinge when it breaks down under warranty or just outside. If you want a good 600/900 cooktop just get a Westinghouse, parts are available the design doesnt change much and its simple and easy to repair (if it ever needs a repair). Everything breaks eventually, but some more than others.
