I got one too just today from Aldi. Decent enough, first one I tried so cant compare.
Only differences I see are Aldi has 3 year warranty. Amazon one has better display and extra orange drills for sensitive areas.

We ended up also buying this one for ~$175 delivered.
It is quieter than the cheap one - nice if you want to use it while watching TV - and better made - but not actually better at massaging.

some of the cheaper ones seems to have either smaller battery cap or weaker motors. tried one at my friends house and he paid $140 and it was really strong, no display or anything fancy. Then saw another one at another mates, had a display for strength levels and battery indicator was it was much weaker than the previous one I played with, and the battery indicator went quick at max levels. The weaker one was from ebay and it was around $70
