Nope, the marketing for the previous headset shows one person driving and another wearing the headset.
The operator has to be able to see the drone (unlicensed)
The person can see the drone through the headset. That’s how it’s done in drone racing.
You can't see the drone through the headset, only what's in front of it.

@Mitch889: Dayum..when did this come out..I have been happily flying FPV in parks for 3 years now ..never had a bloody clue..
The rule doesn't apply if you are inside a structure. That's why a lot of drone racers use underground/stacked parking lots for their course.
2nd Person needed to watch the drone with bare eye sight and that is why there is a lady is standing next to the person who operates the fpv drone. :D
IF you operate FPV by yourself in outdoor, it will be illegal.
