What do people think about greedfall? Does it get better? Can't get into it after sinking a couple of hours into it already.

  I think if you have to ask if a game "gets better", except in rare circumstances, the answer is no.
  
  I got it free, still not worth my time. I lasted little under 2hrs as well.

      However with this you get to keep it forever even if you cancel the PS Plus subscription. That's the only thing it's got going for it.
