  I just moved to this with an existing Telstra plan. Been through 3 people via online chat and having a nightmare trying to get the old number moved to the new service. They keep indicating that as it's a JBHIFI plan they are limited in what they can do and can't move the old number across. Be cautious for anyone else considering it.
