What a bait offer. After six months only a third of the initial data for double the price.

  • so you can just cancel after 6 months?

  • Is this 150 GB per month with unlimited rollover?

  • One of the worst sim , took so long to be transfer then , no network where u needed. I got 100gb data sim but Whats the point to have 100gb data. Waste of money . I even check the coverage on their site before buying sim , not happy at all , I wasn't expecting this bad service. When I had optus sim it had network in those area but when this company is using optus network then it doesn't work.

    • Ouch not good to hear, I just ordered a SIM card if network is no good I can transfer out as no contract.

  • I have used only one day which was yesterday and not happy at all. Can’t even use the internet due to network issue . No wonder why they give u 100gb for 20$ sim . Better to get more sine card they use Telstra network and if you have commbank card then you get discount. I would go back to more.com.au sims . Then any other SIM card.

  • Why is there no mention that these people disabled MMS for any new customers as of October/November 2023?
This is a standard and basic service that most, if not all, would expect any Telco to be offering unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Also, why is this information not easily accessible in their FAQ but only by googling MMS and Circles.life once you realise you're unable to send them? Surely that in itself is a breach of consumer law…?

    • They have it in the CIS.

      • But not in any of the FAQs when you search for MMS.

  • Surely this has MMS?

    • No they disabled MMS

  • Actually haven’t received sim as yet so might just find another carrier.
