    Yeah you don't need to be warm when running, just covered and in something kinda sweat proof helps

        Yes, windproof can be beneficial, and even those lightweight water repellant fabrics in cold, rainy conditions.
        I grew up in Europe and we used to do cross-country in snow wearing just an airtex singlet, shorts that barely came down to our thighs, and running shoes without socks.
