I've bought 2 of these when they were on sale for $19 & both were unlocked.

Same…bigw ones from last year. Plus there are plenty of firmware back/flash sites for this model even if it is locked.

  •

Any information about the ones not working with routers and flashing info? Thanks

Some of the USB modem model (E3372h, some are E3372s) is locked to HiLink (RNDIS) mode, and it was disabled in the built in switching mode option. For example, the TPG modem won't work with the RNDIS mode, I assume the s model will work.

It can be flashed to modem mode using balongflash.

    Hi all,
Got a spare Asus AC86U router at home. Does anyone know if I was able to plug this into AC86U and make the combination work?

    Thanks

It worked with my AC68U, so should be fine.

If unlocked, will this work with Kogan mobile with highest possible speed on Vodafone network?
    Thanks.

It works with felix (Vodafone), felix is locked to 20 mbps, unsure about Kogan.

Officeworks page says it'll only support 1 device at a time. Should I be worried if I have 2+ connected concurrently?
