Last time ordered two case of Cascade light from them, but did not check the expiry date when received the delivery. When I opened the case after a month, I realised the expiry date is actually before the date I made the order! Since it's over 30 days, ebay won't do anything. Tried contacting cub via ebay message, sent at least 3 messages over different dates, no response at all. Tried calling cub customer service, saying it's different department dealing with online purchase, all they can do is to send a email to online department. Tried keep calling the Cub customer service for a few weeks, at the end I have to give up.
Lesson learned, check the expiry date straight away!

Buyer beware. I bought this last year with the same offer and the item never got delivered. I sent numerous emails that was left unanswered. Eventually I contacted eBay directly and they refunded my money.
I've ordered many slabs from CUB over the years via eBay without issue. They used to be super slow but now they almost always deliver it within 2 days.
Can anyone confirm they use Australia Post for delivery? I've sent them an message via Ebay, but they haven't resplied.
Purchased these from the last eBay plus deal and the delivery provided tracked to VIC (I'm in NSW). Never received and had to get a refund.
Seems to post to Australia but excludes everywhere in Australia. Weird
