By accessing this Koko Black Offer (Offer) you agree to be bound by these terms as well as any general Terms of Use of the Lexus application together with Koko Black’s terms and conditions and privacy policy. You acknowledge that Lexus Australia, a division of Toyota Motor Corporation Australia Limited (Lexus) and/or Koko Black are entitled to, at their sole discretion change, modify, amend, add or remove any part of these terms of use and to change, amend, include or delete any terms of the Offer at any time without notice.

Receive a complimetary Koko Black Chocolatier’s Selection Praline Gift Box and Customisable Gift Box Sleeves from 1 February 2021 until the redemption limit of 250 is met, or the Offer is otherwise extended by Lexus (Term).
Offer available to Lexus Encore members with a valid Australian Lexus vehicle in their current Lexus application account (including VIN and registration details).
Offer available via the Lexus application only. Cannot be used in store or in conjunction with any other Koko Black promotion and is valid for single use only.
The Offer is subject to availability and the following limitations:

Free delivery applies to this Offer. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure postal details are correct. If you are not available to accept the delivery, it will be delivered to your nearest postal facility.
Delivery times are 5-10 business days from time of order. Due to high demand during the current times, delivery may be longer than the specified delivery times. Lexus is not liable for any loss or damage to your order.

How to redeem
Follow the prompts in the Lexus application when selecting the Koko Black Offer.
Enter the required information in the submission form within the Lexus application.
Lexus and/or Koko Black reserve the right to refuse to provide the Offer to an individual if, in its reasonably opinion, it cannot verify that they are eligible to receive the Offer or believe the individual has engaged in fraudulent activity or are otherwise in breach of these terms.
If there are any technical issues with the Lexus application, Lexus and Koko Black will use reasonable steps to honour the Offer.
