PFL Logistics - Anyone Used Them?

Hi all,

Has anyone had any experience dealing with PFL Logistics?

I ordered a phone from Banggood, and was given a tracking number that indicates the parcel was "Attempted Delivery / Delivered
Delivered by ATL" on 4th March 2021.

I have not received anything. So i contacted banggood asking who the courier was and they said PFL Logistics.

I googled this company up, and they have a 1.4 star rating. Every review saying how the company are scammers, and don't actually deliver the parcel?

What does "Delivered by ATL" mean? Is that a company?

Tracking number starts with NEXAU.

Tried calling PFL but it just rings through.

Anyone know how i should proceed?

Any help would be appreciated.

Cheers

EDIT: Sorted out. Managed to get in touch with PFL, and contrary to most of the reviews, the customer support agent was actually pretty helpful. Sent me a picture of the delivered package (they put it in the wrong mailbox), so i was able to find the package.

All sorted now.

    ATL - Authority to Leave

  • Had issues with them on an Amazon order.

Noted attempted delivery/delivered just like your message but nothing in the mailbox, I gave them a call.

I did get through when I called however, they said the driver could not find the location even though it is super simple to find as its on a main street and they would reschedule delivery.

About 3 days later it was in the mailbox without any update and amazon still shows as undelivered a month later from today.

Hopefully you will get your package soon if not keep on trying to call in, the number I was calling ended in 9997.

    • hey bro hae you got the number? i coudlnt find their phone no. ending in 9997

  • I've had 2 deliveries from Banggood which used them and I didn't have any issues. I did notice that they sat at Arrival destination facility and ready for delivery for half a week each time before actually going out for delivery.

Both times they left it with ATL even though I was home, but they did take a photo of where they left it as proof of delivery so it might be worth contacting them. I managed to get through to them via [email protected] and they send me a copy of the proof of delivery.

  • They’re pretty dodgy from my experience with them.

I also bought an item from Banggood and was alerted on their app that it was onboard for delivery. I was home all day on the said date and nothing had arrived. There wasn’t even any notice left of an attempted delivery. I contacted Banggood and was told it was Parcel Freight Logistic (PFL) handling the delivery of the item.

So I call them the next day on their corporate number (NSW) with no answer. I emailed them and got no answer. Tried to contacting them on their online form and there was no button to “submit” the form. Gave it a couple days and decided to go to their listed Brisbane depot at Archerfield. Arrived to a completely empty office and warehouse. Enquired with the business next door and was advised that they’ve never existed at the address and many people had come by looking for them.

Contacted Banggood again and was frustratingly told to get contact with PFL. Banggood were just as much to blame for this fiasco. Why should I be the one running around chasing a sham company? The item still hasn’t arrived. Giving it a couple of days before cancelling all my current orders with Banggood (who still can’t tell me why even they can’t contact PFL themselves).

  • The courier lost two of my parcels in one month. The customer service won't provide any useful information, instead, asked me to let the sender send the items again. When I say, no, then you will lose the parcel again, then they say you can change to another courier if you don't trust us. I have raised the matter to ACCC (https://www.accc.gov.au/consumers/sales-delivery/non-deliver…), Fair trading NSW (https://www.fairtrading.nsw.gov.au/help-centre/online-tools/…). Anyone with the similar experience please do the same. PFL is to be claimed and pay for it!

  • DODGY AS F,

Will NEVER CHOOSE TO BUY AN item who's seller is shipping with them

  • Beware!!!!
    pfl logistics is a sham.
They don't deliver or even try.
Leave no sort of message /card about attempt to deliver because they do notattempt.
They do not understand ATL regardless of how many times you give one in written/over phone.still rts the parcel.
So 1 of the following is what happens,:
    1. they keep parcels themselves, which is called stealing.
    2. they sell it elsewhere.(pit stop)
    3. they get basic money for false attempt to deliver, which is not much different if they actually did.
    4. they cannot find addresses which require you to be able to read basic english and numbers.
    5. company is a sham.
    To name a few.

From my discussion with them it seems PFL is not a last mile courier - they are a conglomerator for large volume shippers, so they clear the packages through customs etc and will usually hand it off to someone else (mine was through couriersplease) for delivery to your door. Their systems are completely broken though - I got notified that I had a failed delivery, couldn't find the card anywhere. Turns out "that's just a system exception" according to them - what that apparently means is we'll notify you that we had an attempted delivery but didn't actually try to deliver anything.

I got them to just sent me the tracking number for the domestic courier and was able to track it down myself and get everything sorted. I'd definitely try to avoid in future on anything valuable, but not so easy given I had no idea who they'd be shipping with ahead of time.

  • I’m disgusted that I pay for express delivery and it only takes 2 days to get to Australia from China but as soon as it gets to their depot it’s sitting there for nearly a week. I will be recommending the company I buy my products from to change couriers because like myself are sick of paying for express delivery and then this dodgy company can’t deliver. The company I buy from only has to read the reviews and they would be shocked and wouldn’t use them.

  • Yes their customer service rep are nice.
But their delivery people and their system aren't nice - it's quite terrible.
I had 2 parcels delivered by these guys. It took them 2 days to collect my parcel from depot to the delivery van, and 2-3 days (yes not 2-3 hours but 2-3 days!) for the delivery van to drop off the parcel.

  • One of the absolute worst, possibly depending on your local courier.

A lot of Aliexpress/cheap China shipping goes through them. They lose a high proportion of parcels and always falsify tracking to show it as delivered, leaving you with no recourse with the merchant.

    Avoid if you can.

  • Parcel Freight Logistics failed to "properly" deliver 40 separate Aliexpress orders worth a total of $800 AUD over a period of several weeks. This means that some low life, vermin, scum, trash (delivery driver) lied 12 times that they delivered an order which they didn't. When 12 separate parcels have "date stamped" delivery confirmation that they delivered a consignment should send out a very clear signal that this business cannot be trusted.

Photos were provided as "proof" from Parcel Freight Logistics that the deliveries were delivered, but anyone with half a brain would quickly realize that deliveries left at the front main entrance to a busy residential building in Surry Hills NSW near Sydney Central Railway Station has no chance of being collected by the recipient.

I work from my apartment during the day and never has the delivery driver from Parcel Freight Logistics attempted to use the intercom at the main front entrance to inform that they have left the packages.

To loose $800 worth of orders from Aliexpress is just insanely outrageous.

The big nightmare for me is that as an Aliexpress buyer I had no choice in the delivery organization.

The Aliexpress sellers in China chose these Parcel Freight Logistics morons, obviously because they were the cheapest and unfortunately when I began to notice what was happening it was too late to stop all the orders because they were already in the pipeline, hence my outrageous $800 loss.
