  • OMG - how sceptical!!!!

    Seriously, we are a well established and reputable company responsible for running many websites and corporate programs. Isn't it a good thing that we have a call centre for you to talk to a human??? To show we are real?? Not like beijingticketing!!!! Have a look at our credentials on http://www.alwaysonsale.com.au/aos/info/aboutus/ and note our partner sites listed are some of our other retail businesses.

    Basically at the end of the day, it costs us to have this call centre and we would prefer people purchased over the internet….which may not be an issue for people of this site, but the general population are a little different, so we try encourage more people to use the web by placing a surcharge on phone orders……….virgin blue do it, jetstar do it….and the more people who buy from us over the internet, the better the savings we can deliver because our costs are lower.

    We are trying very hard to run a lean, mean fighting machine, to bring to you guys quality product (not cheaply purchased bulk imported chinese clearance stock or distressed stock that people can't sell) at fantastic prices. The lower our costs, the more savings we can pass on, and many people are enjoying the security of purchasing quality product with manufacturers warranty's etc over cheap junk likely to break within 2 months of you owning it……..you can't send no names back to a no name factory somewhere in china -:))

    • M27 was asking you to explain it as is very poorly written not necessarily because its a dumb charge, you can charge people whatever you want for placing an order by phone.

      Unless i don't understand your business 'booking' has nothing to do with what you do, you will want to be clear that the charge is only for orders placed via phone.

      Perhaps it should say "Orders placed over the phone will incur a $10 surcharge."

  • hiya, firstly for legal reasons lets just say its not a competition…..but for those to receive the tickets will be contacted for their postal address details so we can physically send you the vouchers, and when you send that back, we'll be able to send the vouchers………..so basically, you'll receive vouchers

    Thanks very much to everyone who has claimed their vouchers. I will send those persons who we don't have postal details for an email to confirm these, so we know where to send them. Of course, if it wasn't a legit email address, this won't work.
