I think this has got to be one of the cheapest prices I have seen for a brand new Fujifilm X100V. A highly rated 'compact' camera that will deliver great images. Cheaper if you are an eBay Plus member (22% off listed price of $1,788 for total $1,394.64).

How does it compare to X-T30?
What are you looking for? They both have a great feature set and similar potential image quality, so it depends on your use case. I want this camera for the fact that it has a high quality fixed lens, has a relatively compact form factor that I can chuck in my bag whenever I head out. X-T30 could be a great start to the the mirrorless interchangeable lens camera world and allow you to get a variety of different shooting possibilities by changing lenses.
There are a number of other differences, but I think best to understand your desired use case first. These resell pretty well so I wouldn't be too worried about giving it a go either.. haha
I got one last month for 900$, bought in June and has less than 3k shutter count.
No way! That's an absolute steal. I've seen many X100F's go for that price…
@slowtypist: It was 2nd hand in case it is not clear from my comment but in immaculate condition (came with filters, leather half case, squarehood etc).

Heavily debating whether to splash the cash on this! Already having an X-S10 in the family with a growing lens collection makes it difficult - may consider shopping the X-E4 instead…
