I've been using this set for a few weeks and thought its a great deal considering these usually sell in the $20 to $50 range.
What I got sent was only trivially different to the picture: slightly different handles and bands were also 10-50lbs.
No problems with quality, but the only part of it that's rubbish is the "guide" which is literally a scrunched up piece of printed A4 paper.
You've really got nothing to lose but a few kilos! (And maybe $8).
