    This is not designed to charge your phone. It is clearly supposed to supply power to a router or modem.

        I'm no expert but that seems quite different? Sleeve bearing fan, half the warranty, non-modular, less connectors, no hybrid fan and C tier on LTT (depending on how much faith you put into that). Fair bit cheaper though if you were going for a budget build!
