  I have one of this, does it mean the port that can utilise super fast charge like for Oppo mobile is only the top USB C one, marked PD? The other 4 USB A port just normal speed charge?

        If this unit able to deliver 45w is questionable?

        I have Ravpower and it deliver 45W which is working but when restart it will remind you 45w power supply instead of 65w, press ESC and it worked for last 4 weeks since new.

  Not sure if this helps, our ZMI QB815 (40w PD) does charge E485 and L13 Lenovo, but I reckon that's the rock bottom. L13 shows "not charging" @ 40w and 45w - but is slowly doing so.

  I'm surprised this model is still being sold. Bought mine 3-4 years ago? For ~$50.. surprised its on sale for.. more than that.
