There is a deep discount on GUILTY GEAR Xrd Rev.2. This is the the full game with the Rev 2 DLC which adds new characters, balance changes, even though Gulty Gear Strive is coming soon its hard to say no when it cost next to nothing.
Looks like the game on PS4 does add the 3 DLC characters that Steam makes you pay for (Dizzy, Kum Haehyun and Raven)

Great game, spent a billion years playing the original Guilty Gear X2 on PC; Xrd improves in all aspects. Can't go wrong for $1.64.

There doesn't even seem to be a filter for ps3 any more. I picked up journey last year so not sure if that's a recent issue?
@Jackson: Sony have been (profanity) with the PS3/PS Vita store for the last few months. It's often broken or just doesn't work.
You can only access the stores through the consoles now, not through the web browser.
I'd expect them to go down completely soon

Well, Xrd Rev 2 is a damn good game and the most recent one, with the new 3D but looks like 2D art style.
Original Guilty Gear is a straight up awesome 2D sprite based fighter. Think Street Fighter Alpha.
The character move lists have hardly changed so both feel complimentary.
Is the first one a ps1 classic game on ps4 or remade? I can’t seem to find much about it

Because they are actually fairly close I wouldn't recommend getting the original GG. The characters are almost entirely carried over in the GG Xrd, including their looks and move sets, and I find it a bit hard to go back to the old pre-2000 sprite graphics and GUI after seeing the modern update on the same basic characters. Sound is also a little dodgy on the old game, which makes sense.

damit just got it from the $12 steam sale :( ahh well guess i technically prefer it on steam but yeah easily worth it for 2 bucks (note: the story mode is literally just a 5 hour movie/visual novel haha).
