It’s finally happening.

We’re excited to share with you that starting tomorrow, March 18 at 2:00 p.m. PT, Xbox Game Pass PC and Ultimate members will be able to enjoy all the benefits of EA Play on Windows 10, including:

  • More than 60 of EA’s biggest and best PC games like Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, FIFA 20, Titanfall 2 and Need for Speed Heat, as well as titles from some of EA’s most popular franchises like Battlefield, Madden NFL, Command & Conquer, and The Sims.
  • Rewards each month from your favorite EA games. March rewards include: Gold Team Fantasy MUT packs and an EA Play Celebration Pack for Madden 21, a N7 Weapon Charm for Apex Legends and more.
  • And starting on day one of EA Play on PC with Xbox Game Pass, members can play the new-to-Play List title Star Wars: Squadrons on PC and console.           It doesn't actually cost any extra, it's included in the game pass price, which was the point of the post.

    Drats I purchased annual for this on Steam. Fortunately at ARG rates. With Epic, XGP and PSN why do I even buy games anymore!

      Your screenshot does seem to imply that it is included for Gamepass Ultimate and not Gamepass PC but in the xbox blog they advise that it is for both (https://news.xbox.com/en-us/2021/03/17/ea-play-coming-to-pc-…).

      Hopefully the location you took the screenshot from is in error and they correct it by tomorrow.

        I just spotted where you grabbed that screenshot, it's from the current PC Xbox app yeah? I have a feeling what they are referring to there is the current state of things where EA Play is included as part of Gamepass Ultimate on Xbox only. I'm fairly sure that page in the app will get updated tomorrow.

    How does Game Pass work with PC? I was looking at some of the games and they list XboxX as platforms, but don't say PC

      xbox app up to date? I was just prompted to update. I haven't checked it is working though

      Just did it then…… Hit Install on a game within the Xbox app, it downloaded the EA Play app, I signed in a couple of times and it linked the apps, refreshed the game page within EA and it started installing.

        I think I got about that far… Then now launching the game it's saying something about can't find gameid in my registry. Gah… EA

          Getting the same error for NFS: Heat and Madden 21. FIFA 20 works fine though.

      For some reason its refusing to see my account as "Xbox Game Pass Ultimate" even though I got it! So because its not Ultimate, and only Xbox Game Pass PC, i cannot see the EA Play. :(

      App has been updated still same result.
