me neither. In SYD and never used MC to pay MenuLog.
Menulog have the poorest delivery out of all the delivery services imo (at least in my area). Our food always arrives cold. But free food is free food 🤷

Plenty of places doing own delivery but can't see where the driver is realtime when doing that, at least in SYD.
Sadly Menulog's rating system is confusing junk have to select different star ratings that averages it out weird so crap outlets can have 4* easily e.g. food arrives uneatable but restaurant "service" was 6*

Didn't get mine.
They are now disavowing that this promotion ever ran in the first place.
"We have looked into this further and we don't seem to have a Mastercard promotion in April. The last Mastercard promotion ended in January. We won't be able to provide for this as it isn't a running promotion in our system. Can you please forward the email to us at [email protected]? We'd like to look into this further"
Anyone who hasn't received the vouchers, please get in touch with this clown corporation and get them to stick to their word!
I did the online chat option and the rep was adamant you had to order on 31/3 when the promo screenshot I sent clearly states order by? They sent me to "resolutions" and apparently I'll hear back in 48 hours.
The rep I was in contact with via FB said that they'd get in touch with marketing and get back to me. Ridiculous!

Participated and received email about the offer but no vouchers :(
I have not received anything after paying a $40 order in March. Tried to ring their customer service and the guy on the other end cut off the call after I told him the promotion stuff. Left a message in their chat window but will consider going to fair trading if this cannot be solved.
Just got my vouchers via email notification.
Check your "for you" section.
Vouchers arrived, albeit late.
Also there's a $25 minimum spend that wasn't mentioned?
